Pia Philippa Beck replaces Günter Köstenberger

By shareholder resolution, Kostad AG has appointed Ms. Pia Philippa Beck as an additional managing director of the operating subsidiary Kostad Steuerungsbau GmbH. Ms. Beck replaces Managing Director Günter Köstenberger, who is also stepping down from the management of the operating subsidiary in order to concentrate more on his activities as a member of the Management Board of Kostad AG.
