The 3rd Annual General Meeting of Kostad AG on February 27, 2025 at 10:30 a.m., in the production facilities of Kostad Steuerungsbau GmbH, Schoellergasse 9, 2630 Ternitz, is canceled due to illness of the Management Board. Publication on the Electronic Announcement and Information Platform of the Federal Government (EVI) has been commissioned and is expected to take place on February 26, 2025.
A new invitation to an Annual General Meeting will be issued in the coming days.
