Kostad AG: Postponement of the publication of the annual financial statements

Adjustment of the corporate calendar, new date of the Annual General Meeting

The annual financial statements for the 2023 financial year of Kostad AG are expected to be published in August 2024 once they have been finalized. The date for the Annual General Meeting will be postponed accordingly to a date yet to be determined, probably in September 2024. The specific date will be determined after completion of the audit by the auditor of the annual financial statements. The corporate calendar published on the company's website will be adjusted accordingly.
