Kostad AG: New Supervisory Board for KOSTAD AG

By resolution dated June 30, 2023, Dipl.-Ing. Jan Klima, M.Sc. was appointed to the Supervisory Board

Supervisory Board member Helmut-Klaus Schimany, MAS, MSc, resigned from the Supervisory Board at his own request on March 29, 2023. Due to the postponement of the Annual General Meeting originally planned for June, it was not possible to supplement the Supervisory Board at the Annual General Meeting within the statutory three-month period.
In order to ensure a functioning Supervisory Board, Dipl.-Ing. Jan Klima, M.Sc. was added to the Supervisory Board in accordance with Section 89 of the Austrian Stock Corporation Act (AktG), with effect from June 30, 2023 (resolution delivered on July 1, 2023). He supports the existing team with his many years of expertise.
