Kostad AG: Correction: Postponement of the publication of the annual financial statements

Adjustment of the corporate calendar, new date of the Annual General Meeting

In the ad hoc announcement dated May 19, 2022 "Kostad AG: Postponement of the publication of the annual financial statements", the expected date for the Annual General Meeting was incorrectly stated as August 15, 2022. The correct date is September 8, 2022. 

The sentence reads correctly: 

The date for the Annual General Meeting will be postponed accordingly to probably September 8, 2022.

Original communication: 

The publication of the annual financial statements for the fiscal year 2021 of Kostad AG is expected to be published on August 8, 2022, following their completion and adoption. The date for the Annual General Meeting will be postponed accordingly to presumably August 15, 2022. The corporate calendar published on the company's website will be adjusted accordingly.
