Kostad AG: Change in the supervisory board

Vice Chairman moves to operations and resigns from the Supervisory Board

Ebreichsdorf (pta027/21.01.2022/15:18) - The Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Ing. Dr. techn. Wolfgang Baumgartner, will leave the Supervisory Board as of March 1, 2022 and move to the operational area of the subsidiary Kostad Steuerungsbau GmbH. There he will contribute his many years of experience in the field of electromobility and electrical engineering in sales and business development.

A substitute member is expected to be elected at the next Annual General Meeting.
