Inclusion of Kostad AG shares in direct market plus targeted for Dec. 13, 2021

Ebreichsdorf (pta015/06.12.2021/10:35) - Kostad AG with its registered office in Ebreichsdorf, registered in the Commercial Register of the Regional Court of Wiener Neustadt under FN 549487w, announces that on 07.12.2021 an application for inclusion of all 17,000,000 no-par value shares of the company in the Third Market (MTF) of the Vienna Stock Exchange, market segment "direct market plus", will be submitted to the Vienna Stock Exchange. All shares of the Company shall be traded under ISIN ATKOSTADAG01 on the Vienna MTF in the market segment "direct market plus" (therefore in the trading system Xetra® T7, by the Market Group DIPA) as of Monday, 13 December 2021. The Issuer's shares will be included in the trading procedure Auction in accordance with the "Trading Rules for the Automated Trading System XETRA". The reference price of the shares has been set at EUR 2.40 per share.
